At Nakako, we are committed to offering thoughtfully curated pieces with intention and quality. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at mailto:hello@shopnakako.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will gladly review and resolve the issue.
Please note that slight variations in color or fit may occur and are not considered defects.
